Free concerts every Friday from May 28 – Sept. 3
Chesapeake, Va. -- Towne Place at Greenbrier, located on Eden Way North, just off Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, has announced the 2010 Summer Concert Series presented by TowneBank. Free concerts will take place every Friday evening from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. beginning May 28 through Sept. 3.
Last year’s concerts were a huge success, attracting hundreds of Chesapeake residents each Friday evening. Beer and wine are served for $4 each, and 100% of proceeds benefits CHIP of Chesapeake (Chesapeake Health Investment Program), an organization dedicated to supporting healthy families and children.

All events are free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets for seating during the concerts. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
